Questions & Answers
Our HR team typically connects people who have worked with us before, or members of their family, with jobs we have available. We have had 3 generations of workers with us for many years. We use an immigration attorney to make sure all protocols are followed regarding paperwork, VISAS, etc. so every one of our employees is here legally. We are required to post these jobs as USCIS instructs us to. But we are able to hire selectively, through interviews and other correspondence with our HR team. We get numerous emails daily from people all over the world who want to come to work with us, and we rarely respond to those because we are most comfortable hiring known applicants.
A member of our HR team interviews each prospective employee about their skill sets, informs them about job offerings and what we and this is done via phone. This is the ONLY way we communicate with people who want to work with us. We never go through other agencies.
